SWEAT

With no prior fitness needed you can turn up, get involved and have an amazingly effective 45 minute workout. All sessions are programmed by Sarah Brooks. The aim is for you to progress your training and increase your fitness through carefully planned sessions, which will always keep you interested. No two classes are the same, you will always have fun, work hard and leave knowing you have seriously improved your fitness.
