Each Fitness Class hosts no more than 14 people, lasts one hour and starts with the 'opener' workout to get your heart rate up and compliment the next skills & strength part of the session. This will be focussed on strength work, gymnastics or Olympic lifting skill, allowing you to hone your techniques and build up strength. We then finish with a conditioning workout.
