Some of you may be aware, some may not that today (Sunday) Is the one and only Andy Ruddick's Birthday and you know what that means..... BIRTHDAY WOD!!! WOOOOOOOOOO!! I think he may feel i had forgotten about this but oh no. I thought we would give him today to rest and relax before his WOD as its going to be tasty! Please do try and get down as there will be some treats (non paleo of course!!!) after the WOD to refuel!!
